Pat lectures in World Christianity and World Religions at Trinity College Dublin. His recent publications include Broken Faith: Why Hope Matters (2013) and Atlantic Tabor: The Pilgrims of Croagh Patrick, (2016). He is a regular contributor to Doctrine and Life.

 

12 October – Bishop Patricia Storey, A Faith to Share
On 19 September 2013, Pat was chosen by the House of Bishops to succeed Richard Clarke as Bishop of Meath and Kildare. She was consecrated to the episcopate at Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin, on 30 November 2013.Two years ago she spoke at the Patrick Finn Lectures

19 October – Vincent O’Hara OCD – Faith and the Family – a conversation on Amoris Laetitia
Vincent is prior of the Avila Carmelite Centre, Bloomfield Ave, Dublin. He recently completed a three-month Renewal Course on Mount Carmel (Haifa), the “cradle” of the Order.

 

26 October – Brian Grogan SJ, Growing in Love as We Age
Brian is former President of Milltown Institute, Dublin. He specialises in Ignatian spirituality. His most recent publication is To Grow in Love: A Spirituality of Ageing, Dying and Glory. Messenger Publications 2017.
